About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to promote both:<ul><li>High-quality TCM herbal products</li><li>Our online herbal formula customization platform for practitioners</li></ul>This role focuses on B2B outreach, practitioner education, and onboarding clinics onto our digital platform.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with TCM practitioners, acupuncture clinics, and wellness centers</li><li>Promote herbal products and explain product advantages</li><li>Introduce and demonstrate our online prescription &amp; customization platform</li><li>Assist practitioners with account setup and first-time order onboarding</li><li>Conduct in-person visits and product presentations</li><li>Achieve sales targets and expand market presence</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Background in TCM, pharmacy, nutrition, public health, or related field preferred</li><li>Prior experience in medical sales, clinic outreach, or healthcare industry preferred</li><li>Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) required</li><li>Comfortable with digital tools / SaaS platforms (training provided)</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Base salary + high commission structure + performance bonus</li><li>Professional training (products + platform)</li><li>Clear career path to Regional Manager / Market Lead</li></ul>Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
