Sales Representative (Mandarin required)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to promote both:

• High-quality TCM herbal products
• Our online herbal formula customization platform for practitioners

This role focuses on B2B outreach, practitioner education, and onboarding clinics onto our digital platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with TCM practitioners, acupuncture clinics, and wellness centers
• Promote herbal products and explain product advantages
• Introduce and demonstrate our online prescription & customization platform
• Assist practitioners with account setup and first-time order onboarding
• Conduct in-person visits and product presentations
• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence

Qualifications

• Background in TCM, pharmacy, nutrition, public health, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in medical sales, clinic outreach, or healthcare industry preferred
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) required
• Comfortable with digital tools / SaaS platforms (training provided)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
