We are a small community mental health agency seeking an individual who is self-motivated, driven and, outgoing.Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:<ul><li>Answer phones.</li></ul><ul><li>Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.</li></ul><ul><li>Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide general support to visitors and clients.</li></ul><ul><li>Schedule meetings and conference rooms.</li></ul><ul><li>Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail.</li></ul><ul><li>Assists in receiving, stocking and distribution of ordered office supplies.</li></ul><ul><li>Assists with other related clerical duties such as email, photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with client intake, gather personal and insurance information from client.</li></ul><ul><li>Hand out employee applications.</li></ul><ul><li>Schedule follow-up appointments.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.</li></ul><ul><li>Attendance of Quarterly Quality Control / Management Control Meetings.</li></ul><ul><li>Data entry and retrieval of Urine Screens.</li></ul><ul><li>Is a Client Advocate.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 per hourPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyAbility to Relocate:<ul><li>Canton, OH 44714: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
