 The Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re hiring a Legal Specialist to join our U.S. onboarding team in New York. You&rsquo;ll lead implementation projects for large in-house legal departments, ensuring smooth integration of our AI platform into their contract management workflows. You&rsquo;ll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Strategic Implementation teams to deliver tailored, scalable solutions.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead onboarding for enterprise legal clients, ensuring successful product deployment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate legal and operational needs into clear product implementation plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a trusted partner to senior legal stakeholders (GCs, Heads of Legal).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple high-impact onboarding projects simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive internal process improvements and contribute to product evolution.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of legal experience, ideally from a top-tier law firm.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sharp strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 A product-focused mindset with the ability to engage deeply with tech solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills &mdash; confident, clear, and client-friendly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in legal tech or contract management tools is a plus, but not required.
 </li>
