The Role

We’re hiring a Legal Specialist to join our U.S. onboarding team in New York. You’ll lead implementation projects for large in-house legal departments, ensuring smooth integration of our AI platform into their contract management workflows. You’ll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Strategic Implementation teams to deliver tailored, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for enterprise legal clients, ensuring successful product deployment.
• Translate legal and operational needs into clear product implementation plans.
• Serve as a trusted partner to senior legal stakeholders (GCs, Heads of Legal).
• Manage multiple high-impact onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Drive internal process improvements and contribute to product evolution.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of legal experience, ideally from a top-tier law firm.
• Sharp strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A product-focused mindset with the ability to engage deeply with tech solutions.
• Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and client-friendly.
• Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
• Experience in legal tech or contract management tools is a plus, but not required.
