Position SummaryAs a Cabinet Design Specialist within the Cabinetry team, you will be responsible for designing and selling kitchen and bath solutions to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.Key Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Work closely with Account/BD Leads to provide solutions and to address client needs.</li><li>Design and sell custom kitchen and bath solutions to clients, based on their needs and preferences.</li><li>Work with clients to understand their design preferences and recommend appropriate products, materials, and finishes.</li><li>Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings of kitchen and bath designs.</li><li>Estimate project costs, including materials and labor.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.</li><li>Collaborate with builders, contractors, and other professionals as needed.</li><li>Update CRM platform with client and project details.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>Required Qualifications and Skills.<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen and bath design, with a focus on sales</li><li>Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath products, materials, and finishes.</li><li>Proficiency in design software, such as SketchUp, 2020 Design, or AutoCAD</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Additional Requirements<ul><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, utilizing the phone and walking around the showroom, conducting meetings with customers in person.</li><li>May be required to visit the job site, occasionally.</li><li>Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.</li><li>Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.</li></ul>Pay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Profit sharing</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
