This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales ability with a solid understanding of kitchen design, cabinetry, and remodeling projects. You will work directly with homeowners to guide them through the design and selection process, helping transform their vision into a functional and beautiful kitchen. The ideal candidate is confident working with clients face-to-face, knowledgeable about cabinetry and kitchen layouts, and motivated to close sales. This is a base pay plus commission position.Qualifications<ul><li>Cabinetry &amp; Kitchen Design Knowledge Required &ndash; understanding of cabinet styles, materials, layouts, and functionality</li><li>Sales Experience in remodeling, cabinetry, interior design, or home improvement preferred</li><li>Strong Design Sense with the ability to guide customers through layout, style, and material selections</li><li>Excellent Communication Skills and the ability to build trust with homeowners</li><li>Customer-Focused Mindset with a consultative sales approach</li><li>Experience with design software or CAD programs is a plus</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Meet with homeowners in the showroom to discuss kitchen remodeling goals, style preferences, and budgets</li><li>Guide clients through cabinet, countertop, hardware, and layout selections</li><li>Create preliminary kitchen designs and layouts</li><li>Prepare project estimates and proposals</li><li>Manage the project pipeline from initial consultation through signed contract</li><li>Follow up with leads generated through marketing, website inquiries, and showroom visits</li><li>Maintain strong product knowledge of cabinetry lines, finishes, and accessories</li><li>Work closely with installation and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution</li><li>Provide a welcoming, professional showroom experience for all visitors</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Professional showroom setting</li><li>Face-to-face interaction with homeowners and walk-in customers</li><li>Collaborative team environment focused on delivering high-quality kitchen remodels</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Passion for kitchen design and home improvement</li><li>Confident closing sales in a consultative environment</li><li>Able to balance design creativity with sales performance</li><li>Self-motivated with strong attention to detail</li></ul>Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
