Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Design & Sales Consultant to join our team in a professional showroom environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales ability with a solid understanding of kitchen design, cabinetry, and remodeling projects. You will work directly with homeowners to guide them through the design and selection process, helping transform their vision into a functional and beautiful kitchen. The ideal candidate is confident working with clients face-to-face, knowledgeable about cabinetry and kitchen layouts, and motivated to close sales. This is a base pay plus commission position.

Qualifications

• Cabinetry & Kitchen Design Knowledge Required – understanding of cabinet styles, materials, layouts, and functionality
• Sales Experience in remodeling, cabinetry, interior design, or home improvement preferred
• Strong Design Sense with the ability to guide customers through layout, style, and material selections
• Excellent Communication Skills and the ability to build trust with homeowners
• Customer-Focused Mindset with a consultative sales approach
• Experience with design software or CAD programs is a plus
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in the showroom to discuss kitchen remodeling goals, style preferences, and budgets
• Guide clients through cabinet, countertop, hardware, and layout selections
• Create preliminary kitchen designs and layouts
• Prepare project estimates and proposals
• Manage the project pipeline from initial consultation through signed contract
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing, website inquiries, and showroom visits
• Maintain strong product knowledge of cabinetry lines, finishes, and accessories
• Work closely with installation and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide a welcoming, professional showroom experience for all visitors

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
