Join our creative and dynamic Service Team and help clients turn their dream celebrations into reality.Weekend Concierge | 21+We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Weekend Concierge to support our guest experience team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for guests, clients, and vendors.Our Concierge team helps set the tone for every visit by creating a warm welcome, providing helpful support, and keeping guest-facing areas clean, organized, and event-ready.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression</li><li>Answer phones promptly and assist with guest inquiries</li><li>Support guests with directions, questions, and general needs throughout the property</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest-facing areas</li><li>Set up meeting spaces for client appointments and assist with light bussing as needed</li><li>Support other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction</li><li>Navigate stairs frequently throughout shifts, often carrying drinks and dishes</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, food service, or a related field preferred</li><li>Excellent communication skills and strong phone etiquette</li><li>Organized, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure</li><li>Strong guest service mindset with attention to detail</li><li>Bilingual skills are a plus</li><li>Must be 21+, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable with physical demands of the role</li></ul>VIP Server | Age 18+Job OverviewWe are seeking professional, detail-oriented VIP Servers to provide dedicated service to the bride, groom, and wedding party during receptions.This is a high-visibility role requiring exceptional hospitality, critical thinking, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced wedding environment.
