SALES &amp; DISTRIBUTION BRANCH MANAGERBranch location &ndash; Seekonk, MADays: Monday-Friday &ndash; NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!Job Summary<ul><li>1st year Income potential - $85,000 - $95,000</li><li>Base salary plus Manager bonus opportunities</li><li>100% Company-Paid healthcare and life insurance for the employee &ndash; Includes Dental and Vision Insurance plans. A small contribution is required for dependents.</li><li>Incentive Contests &ndash; earn cash bonuses, trips, and PTO through Performance Contests</li><li>Company paid car allowance ($860 per month) and gas card provided</li><li>Generous Year-End Christmas Bonus &ndash; 2025 average bonus ~ $2,500</li><li>401K with company match at 75% on the dollar, up to 6%</li><li>Paid Holiday and PTO programs</li></ul>Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage a team of 10-15 people</li><li>Goal setting and motivating your team is very important to the position.</li><li>You will be responsible for a sales goal and a P&amp;L goal.</li><li>75%+ of your time will be working with your sales team on the street, working with existing customers and prospecting for new ones.</li><li>Branch territory covers Rhode Island and Eastern Massachusetts</li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>Past management experience required</li><li>Past sales experience required</li><li>A proven trend of personal growth and performance over time</li><li>Longevity at previous jobs and a desire for a long-term career</li><li>Past P&amp;L experience a plus</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License and good driving record</li><li>Willingness to engage in physical labor</li><li>Personal vehicle usage required (reimbursed through company gas card and vehicle usage fund)</li></ul>Hershey&rsquo;s Ice CreamEnjoyed by millions since 1894, Hershey&rsquo;s Ice Cream is focused on producing innovative, high-quality products and providing industry leading service.
