SALES & DISTRIBUTION BRANCH MANAGER

Branch location – Seekonk, MA

Days: Monday-Friday – NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!

Job Summary

• 1st year Income potential - $85,000 - $95,000
• Base salary plus Manager bonus opportunities

• Incentive Contests – earn cash bonuses, trips, and PTO through Performance Contests
• Company paid car allowance ($860 per month) and gas card provided

• 401K with company match at 75% on the dollar, up to 6%

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10-15 people
• Goal setting and motivating your team is very important to the position.
• You will be responsible for a sales goal and a P&L goal.
• 75%+ of your time will be working with your sales team on the street, working with existing customers and prospecting for new ones.
• Branch territory covers Rhode Island and Eastern Massachusetts

Job Requirements

• Past management experience required
• Past sales experience required
• A proven trend of personal growth and performance over time
• Longevity at previous jobs and a desire for a long-term career
• Past P&L experience a plus
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
• Willingness to engage in physical labor
• Personal vehicle usage required (reimbursed through company gas card and vehicle usage fund)
