 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 In this position, individuals are responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory or product line. Work closely with current and prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business requirements.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Articulating the Hexagon ALI solution value proposition and communicating the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospects. Liaison with trade associations to promote Hexagon with the objectives of developing strong pipeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and qualify leads directly or indirectly with the help of Account Development Rep (ADR).
 </li>
 <li>
 10+ years Sales experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Articulating Hexagon&rsquo;s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence solution&rsquo;s value proposition and communicating the competitive advantages, resources, and processes to client and prospects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing customer account strategies and tactical go-to-market plans while establishing, documenting, and maintaining solid communication and follow-up activities with sales management, industry consultants, and pre-sales resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for prospecting in the assigned territory to identify opportunities based on identified challenges and solution value.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for generating software license revenue for the assigned territory and accounts to achieve and/or exceed the license revenue quota.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for coordinating closely with Hexagon counterparts in consulting, inside sales, pre-sales, and supporting teams to maximize revenue capture from customers and prospects in the assigned territory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining a 4x rolling pipeline and achieving consistent quarterly quota.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieving 1M+ quota in enterprise SaaS class software sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience selling into and working within vertical accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Staying highly informed of industry changes, demands, challenges, regulations, etc.

Senior Account Manager

 Hexagon&rsquo;s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division
 
 (Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Industry Consultant.
 
 
 As a Senior Industry Consultant &ndash; Execute Phase, you will play a key role within Hexagon ALI&rsquo;s EMIA Pre-Sales organization, reporting to the Director of Industry Consultants. Your primary focus will be to support customers in driving operational efficiency and digital transformation through Hexagon&rsquo;s Execute Solutions portfolio&mdash;including Smart Production, Smart Materials, Jovix, iConstruct, Smart Construction, and Smart Completions.
 
 
 This customer-facing role combines deep industry knowledge with technology expertise to guide clients through solution evaluations, business process improvements, and strategic implementations. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, and solution consulting teams to articulate value, shape opportunity strategies, and influence buying decisions.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 The Industry Consultant will work with the sales team to understand the customers business needs and develop an account strategy to achieve the desired outcomes. The Industry Consultant will understand and interpret the customer&rsquo;s needs and propose a plan for application of Hexagon ALI solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting evaluations and assessments of the customers&rsquo; business practices, work processes, and technical environments to make recommendations based on Hexagon ALI Solutions will also be a key factor in establishing a plan for the customer.
 </li>
 <li>
 The nature of this position requires in-depth understanding of the day-to-day workings and business processes of operations and projects in industrial facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Industry Consultants must have the ability to work independently but will also be part of a larger team focused on selling and delivering software solutions to the owner operator market.
 </li>
 <li>
 The Senior Industry Consultant will work with the customer to understand their business objectives, analyze and evaluate their needs and propose the end-to-end workflow and software that will satisfy those needs. They will lead all pre-sales requirements workshops that define the &ldquo;as is&rdquo; and &ldquo;to be&rdquo; work processes, and thoroughly document and communicate those requirements to the customer and Hexagon ALI teams. Develop cost benefit analysis, customer requirements definition, solution definition, standard solution demonstrations
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide feedback to influence the on-going product strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a strong relationship with the other regions&rsquo; pre-sales; sharing lessons learned and new strategies
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Education / Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record as a successful Industry Consultant or Business Development Consultant.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Industrial Sales
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of and experience with developing and/or executing alarm management programs or similar operations management initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Owner/Operator expertise and relationships in key markets and industries
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of business processes related to smart production, material tracking, construction management, or project execution, with experience advising on or implementing digital solutions in these areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engineering/Business degree or equivalent qualification
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident and articulate speaker
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to understand and communicate with all levels in an organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent presentation skills, previous experience of C-Level Presentation, Customer communication/handling
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English and ability to speak other European languages is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Desirable: Good working knowledge of Hexagon ALI&rsquo;s solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Typical Experience: significant experience in similar role with 5+ years of experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction, oil &amp; gas, chemical processing, or related fields, or equivalent consulting experience supporting these sectors.
