 Hexagon&rsquo;s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division
 
 (Hexagon) is seeking an Implementation Consultant.
 
 
 In this position, individuals are responsible for setup/installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or process designs for the client&rsquo;s purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions. Individuals in this position work independently. Qualified Individuals will work closely with senior consultants in requirements gathering, application configuration, and application testing and training for our software.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Works directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned), and train or coordinate training for client users.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 May work directly with clients on-site or provide project support remotely.
 </li>
 <li>
 May work on pre-sales activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and redirect non-support items to the relevant department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist and train less experienced peers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Triage new and existing support items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining adherence to customer service level objectives and details / terms of client support contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interfacing with the end users of the software, and with the partners who are reselling or configuring the software, for requirements gathering, training, technical support, feedback etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 May act as the technical lead on project implementations providing technical direction and guidance to the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization that can be delivered.
 </li>
 <li>
 May perform other reasonable and related duties as assigned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engineers must be prepared to visit customer plant locations during project execution.

Implementation Consultant

 Hexagon&rsquo;s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division
 
 (Hexagon) is currently seeking an experienced Financial Accountant based in Dubai who will support the Finance Manager on preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports. Responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
 
 
 The role has the responsibility for performing the month end closing steps, ensuring that accounting transactions are booked in accordance with applicable accounting standards, reconciling general ledger accounts and preparing the balance sheet account reconciliations.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Recording of AP /AR invoices, checking bank statements and recording bank transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document financial transactions by entering account information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage account entries, documents, payments, and finances for the company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Management and oversight of correct treatment of inter-company reconciliations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare Payment Request for vendors and monthly expenses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received or resolved.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support month-end and year-end close process in accordance with the corporate reporting calendar and the business guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Education / Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting finance and accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accounting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
 </li>
 <li>
 Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with creating financial statements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Accuracy and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Intermediate understanding of accounting and reporting standards, gaining experience in researching as it relates to accounting issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deadline-Oriented.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced Excel, Knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs.
