Job OverviewHome Family Care is seeking his role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.Duties<ul><li>Assist in managing employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions.</li><li>Support the HR team in various human resources functions, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.</li><li>Utilize E-verify and CHRC</li><li>Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process to identify suitable candidates for open positions.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment labor laws to ensure compliance across all HR practices.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed to improve HR processes.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bilingual English and Spanish (Required)</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in human resources in Home Care setting (Required)</li><li>E-verify and CHRC (Required)</li><li>Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship management and employee engagement.</li></ul>Join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator and play a vital role in shaping our workplace culture while supporting our employees' needs!Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
