Qualifications<ul><li>Bilingual - English and Spanish</li><li>Understanding of the New York State Department of Health regulations concerning personnel record compliance for licensed home care agencies</li><li>Ability to define and resolve human resource problems, collect relevant data and establish fact</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of the regulations governing the Home Care field</li><li>Ability to utilize up-to-date computer software and hardware designed to manage job functions</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HHA Exchange</li><li>Work-related experience, preferably with health care services</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>CHRC , E-verify</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of the regulations governing the home care field</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>PTO</li><li>Sick days</li><li>Paid Legal Holidays</li><li>Health Insurance</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>The Human Resources Coordinator assumes responsibility for the coordination of administrative activities related to employee relations, retention, orientation and training, policies &amp; procedures updates, employee record compliance and benefits</li><li>The HR representative processes applications and serves as the intermediate liaison between applicants and our onboarding team</li><li>This individual will educate all new hires on their employee benefits, company policies, compile all new employee files, while enjoying being a part of an ever-expanding team committed to employee fulfilment</li></ul>Pay range : $24 - $27Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
