Qualifications
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- Understanding of the New York State Department of Health regulations concerning personnel record compliance for licensed home care agencies
- Ability to define and resolve human resource problems, collect relevant data and establish fact
- Knowledge and understanding of the regulations governing the Home Care field
- Ability to utilize up-to-date computer software and hardware designed to manage job functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HHA Exchange
- Work-related experience, preferably with health care services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CHRC , E-verify
- Knowledge and understanding of the regulations governing the home care field

Responsibilities
- The Human Resources Coordinator assumes responsibility for the coordination of administrative activities related to employee relations, retention, orientation and training, policies & procedures updates, employee record compliance and benefits
- The HR representative processes applications and serves as the intermediate liaison between applicants and our onboarding team
- This individual will educate all new hires on their employee benefits, company policies, compile all new employee files, while enjoying being a part of an ever-expanding team committed to employee fulfilment
Pay range : $24 - $27
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
