Whether you're mixing cocktails in a bustling nightclub or serving drinks at a refined banquet, your expertise will elevate our guests' enjoyment and ensure smooth operations throughout every shift.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour</li><li>Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately while providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their experience</li><li>Manage Toast POS systems to process orders swiftly and accurately, handling cash and card transactions with integrity</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times</li><li>Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and promoting a safe environment in nightclubs or banquet settings</li><li>Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, managing inventory levels to prevent shortages while minimizing waste</li><li>Collaborate seamlessly with team members across food service and catering departments to support event setups, breakdowns, and special functions</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; hospitality background preferred</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems; proficiency in retail math and basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and sales recording</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure health compliance</li><li>Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events like catering or banquets</li><li>Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving or food service is highly advantageous</li></ul>Join us if you're passionate about creating a warm familiar atmosphere where guests feel valued and entertained.
