Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately while providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their experience
• Manage Toast POS systems to process orders swiftly and accurately, handling cash and card transactions with integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times
• Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and promoting a safe environment in nightclubs or banquet settings
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, managing inventory levels to prevent shortages while minimizing waste
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members across food service and catering departments to support event setups, breakdowns, and special functions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; hospitality background preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems; proficiency in retail math and basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and sales recording
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure health compliance
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events like catering or banquets
• Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving or food service is highly advantageous

Pay: $21.45 - $30.00 per hour
