Whether working in a fine dining setting or a bustling nightclub, your role is vital in delivering top-tier hospitality and ensuring guest satisfaction from start to finish.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols</li><li>Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting stations to ensure a clean and inviting environment</li><li>Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through cashiering systems like OpenTable or POS platforms</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, maintaining excellent guest relations at all times</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and courteously</li><li>Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items effectively to maximize sales opportunities</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques</li><li>Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts</li><li>Experience with reservation management platforms like OpenTable and familiarity with serving in high-energy environments</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality shines!
