Some experience in solar, electrical, or construction is preferred, but not required &mdash; we are willing to train the right candidate who is reliable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn.Duties<ul><li>Troubleshoot and repair solar PV systems</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and system inspections</li><li>Assist with inverter replacements, wiring, and monitoring setup</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers and provide professional on-site support</li><li>Complete service reports and documentation</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Some experience in solar/electrical/construction is a plus, but not required</li><li>Basic hand tool and electrical safety knowledge</li><li>Comfortable working on roofs and outdoors in various conditions</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li></ul>Join us in delivering high-quality solar solutions while advancing your career!Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: No more than 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
