Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Solar Service Technician to join our growing team. Some experience in solar, electrical, or construction is preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate who is reliable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn.

Duties

• Troubleshoot and repair solar PV systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Assist with inverter replacements, wiring, and monitoring setup
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide professional on-site support
• Complete service reports and documentation

Requirements

• Some experience in solar/electrical/construction is a plus, but not required
• Basic hand tool and electrical safety knowledge
• Comfortable working on roofs and outdoors in various conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
