We know our employees are the foundation of the company and believe in providing a positive work culture that will pave a successful career.WE CAN OFFER YOU:9 Paid Holidays, Vacation, Generous Annual Profit Sharing, 401K With Company Match, Annual Wage Increase, Health, Life, Disability Insurance.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESDaily interaction with freight carriers, production, sales and customersPrepare production paperwork including pick sheets and job jackets and labelsProvide excellent customer serviceManage incoming phone calls, voice messages, emails and take appropriate action to identify and assess customers&rsquo; needsBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationDaily follow up on customer order status and expected shipment datesProcess and enter customer orders with high accuracyWork closely with the HTP TEAM following progression of each order from entry, to production, to completion and shipmentLog and update customer interactions in our CRM SystemProcess and add new customer accountsFollow up on customer quotesAssist with Social Media platformsPerform daily tasks with high accuracy and strong attention to detailAssist with sales and order processingOther office tasks as neededADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESArrive for each shift with a TEAM attitude.Follow all safety protocol.Come to work on time - all of the time.QUALIFICATION AND SKILLSHigh School DiplomaAdministrative experience preferredExperience in a manufacturing environment preferredGood communication skills &ndash; both verbal and writtenData entry and general office and computer skillsGood math skills are a plusMust be able to work in a TEAM atmospherePre-employment drug screening is requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
