 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager who will oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of holiday packages, ensuring operational efficiency, quality delivery, and excellent partner experience. This role is ideal for someone who has strong travel industry knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch operations across all stages of the travel lifecycle. A results-oriented professional with proven experience in travel operations or related roles within a DMC, tour operator, or B2B travel environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee end-to-end execution of B2B holiday packages, ensuring smooth delivery from confirmation to tour completion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage daily operations and coordinate with hotels, transporters, guides, and other suppliers to ensure service quality and adherence to commitments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with sales, product, and contracting teams to ensure operational feasibility of itineraries and seamless handovers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor service delivery standards and resolve operational issues proactively to ensure partner satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accuracy in itineraries, confirmations, vouchers, and operational documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance turnaround time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, guide, and support the operations team to maintain productivity and service quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure reliability and consistent service levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with internal processes, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular operational updates, insights, and performance inputs to management.
 </li>

 Qualifications:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in travel operations, preferably within a B2B DMC or tour operator setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with travel products, itinerary planning and supplier coordination will be an advantage.
 </li>
