Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager who will oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of holiday packages, ensuring operational efficiency, quality delivery, and excellent partner experience. This role is ideal for someone who has strong travel industry knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch operations across all stages of the travel lifecycle. A results-oriented professional with proven experience in travel operations or related roles within a DMC, tour operator, or B2B travel environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee end-to-end execution of B2B holiday packages, ensuring smooth delivery from confirmation to tour completion.
  • Manage daily operations and coordinate with hotels, transporters, guides, and other suppliers to ensure service quality and adherence to commitments.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and contracting teams to ensure operational feasibility of itineraries and seamless handovers.
  • Monitor service delivery standards and resolve operational issues proactively to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Ensure accuracy in itineraries, confirmations, vouchers, and operational documentation.
  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance turnaround time.
  • Lead, guide, and support the operations team to maintain productivity and service quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure reliability and consistent service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Provide regular operational updates, insights, and performance inputs to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in travel operations, preferably within a B2B DMC or tour operator setting.
  • Familiarity with travel products, itinerary planning and supplier coordination will be an advantage.
