Responsibilities :<ul><li>Provide Level 1 &amp; Level 2 technical support to end users (onsite &amp; remote).</li><li>Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows / macOS systems, laptops, desktops, and peripherals.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve issues related to OS, hardware, network, printers, and applications.</li><li>Manage user accounts using Active Directory, password resets, and access permissions.</li><li>Support and configure Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patch management.</li><li>Set up and troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic network connectivity.</li><li>Log all incidents and resolutions in the IT ticketing system (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.).</li><li>Assist with IT equipment setup for new employees (imaging, deployment).</li><li>Maintain inventory of laptops, accessories, and IT assets.</li><li>Follow company IT policies and escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: &#65020;410.00 - &#65020;450.00 per dayExpected hours: 2 per week
