Responsibilities :

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to end users (onsite & remote).
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows / macOS systems, laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to OS, hardware, network, printers, and applications.
  • Manage user accounts using Active Directory, password resets, and access permissions.
  • Support and configure Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patch management.
  • Set up and troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic network connectivity.
  • Log all incidents and resolutions in the IT ticketing system (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Assist with IT equipment setup for new employees (imaging, deployment).
  • Maintain inventory of laptops, accessories, and IT assets.
  • Follow company IT policies and escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ﷼410.00 - ﷼450.00 per day

Expected hours: 2 per week
