You&rsquo;ll work across departments, coordinate with global vendors, and help make sure everything from spare parts to trade show booths gets where it needs to go&mdash;on time and looking great.What You&rsquo;ll DoPurchasing &amp; Supply Chain Support<ul><li>Keep an eye on inventory levels for pump parts, components, and marketing materials.</li><li>Process purchase orders and keep our ERP system up to date.</li><li>Track and share real-world vendor lead times with Operations.</li><li>Stay on top of vendor escalations and expedite requests.</li><li>Team up with Quality to resolve vendor non-conformance issues and RMAs.</li></ul>Vendor Management<ul><li>Be the go-to contact for all things vendor-related&mdash;from parts and materials to shipping and marketing swag.</li><li>Build awesome relationships that ensure great service and value.</li><li>Help evaluate supplier performance and provide constructive feedback.</li><li>Research and onboard new vendors when needed.</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Shipping Coordination<ul><li>Schedule and track inbound/outbound shipments (both domestic and international).</li><li>Partner with freight carriers and logistics pros for air, ocean, and ground shipments.</li><li>Keep shipping documentation accurate and customs-compliant.</li><li>Jump on delays and resolve issues before they become problems.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Trade Show Support<ul><li>Manage inventory of marketing collateral, promo items, and displays.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for printing, giveaways, and event materials.</li><li>Help plan and execute trade shows and conferences&mdash;making sure our brand looks top-notch.</li><li>Review and proof marketing content for consistency and polish.</li><li>Track and organize trade show and promo budgets.</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Keep purchasing, shipping, and vendor records organized and up to date.</li><li>Create reports on supplier performance, shipping timelines, and inventory status.</li><li>Support cross-functional teams in supply chain, operations, and marketing.</li><li>Look for process improvements that make everything run smoother.</li></ul>What You Bring to the Table<ul><li>2+ years of experience in administrative support, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.</li><li>Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and freight carriers.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills&mdash;you thrive on keeping many moving parts in sync.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Strong communication skills for both internal teamwork and external vendor coordination.</li><li>A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to pivot between purchasing, logistics, and event planning.</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love It HereAt Hidrostal, you&rsquo;re not just another cog in the machine&mdash;you&rsquo;re part of a passionate team that takes pride in quality, reliability, and innovation.
