Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and maintaining the bar area to the highest standards.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and report any shortages to management.</li><li>Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.</li><li>Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.</li><li>Strong hospitality skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.</li><li>Experience with cash registers and point-of-sale systems.</li><li>Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure safety standards are met.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus.</li><li>Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.</li><li>Proficiency in retail math for managing bar inventory effectively.</li><li>Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required.</li></ul>Join our team as a Bartender where your skills will contribute to an enjoyable dining experience for our guests!Job Type: Full-timePay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
