Job Overview This is a full-time, long-term hybrid role that blends administrative and bookkeeping support with hands-on digital marketing and assistance on the print floor. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for creative advertising. You&rsquo;ll keep the office running smoothly, manage day-to-day QuickBooks tasks, drive digital campaigns, and contribute to print/production efforts as needed.ResponsibilitiesAdministrative &amp; Bookkeeping<ul><li>Manage office operations, schedules, communications, and vendor coordination.</li><li>Perform QuickBooks tasks: enter transactions, generate invoices, and process payments.</li><li>Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, and order supplies to support general office upkeep.</li></ul>Digital Marketing &amp; Advertising<ul><li>Create marketing content for both digital and print platforms.</li><li>Manage social media and increase engagement; update and optimize website content (using WordPress or a similar platform).</li><li>Track results and prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics.</li></ul>Print &amp; Production Support<ul><li>Assist with print and advertising jobs, including basic production tasks and logistics (e.g., signage, displays).</li><li>Manage advertising schedules to meet deadlines; proofread and ensure brand accuracy.</li><li>Utilize design software to create marketing materials and maintain organized records of activities and performance.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years&rsquo; experience with QuickBooks (or strong proficiency with demonstrated ability to ramp quickly).</li><li>1+ years of digital marketing experience. Knowledge of programs like Canva and Adobe preferred.</li><li>Strong computer literacy, including design tools and Microsoft Office; WordPress familiarity.</li><li>Excellent communication, phone etiquette, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Team player who&rsquo;s self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to help on the print floor when needed.</li><li>Customer-service mindset; strong proofreading and attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,063.00 - $70,200.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Applicant is able to start work by 8am and work until 4:30 or 5pm Mon - Fri. There are plenty of days we end by 4, but the expectation is 8 - 4:30/5. </li><li>Although we have a nationwide clientele, we're a small printing/advertising business and would be considered more of a &quot;shop&quot; than a typical office.
