Job Overview
This is a full-time, long-term hybrid role that blends administrative and bookkeeping support with hands-on digital marketing and assistance on the print floor. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for creative advertising. You’ll keep the office running smoothly, manage day-to-day QuickBooks tasks, drive digital campaigns, and contribute to print/production efforts as needed.

Responsibilities

Administrative & Bookkeeping

  • Manage office operations, schedules, communications, and vendor coordination.
  • Perform QuickBooks tasks: enter transactions, generate invoices, and process payments.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, and order supplies to support general office upkeep.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Create marketing content for both digital and print platforms.
  • Manage social media and increase engagement; update and optimize website content (using WordPress or a similar platform).
  • Track results and prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics.

Print & Production Support

  • Assist with print and advertising jobs, including basic production tasks and logistics (e.g., signage, displays).
  • Manage advertising schedules to meet deadlines; proofread and ensure brand accuracy.
  • Utilize design software to create marketing materials and maintain organized records of activities and performance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience with QuickBooks (or strong proficiency with demonstrated ability to ramp quickly).
  • 1+ years of digital marketing experience. Knowledge of programs like Canva and Adobe preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy, including design tools and Microsoft Office; WordPress familiarity.
  • Excellent communication, phone etiquette, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who’s self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to help on the print floor when needed.
  • Customer-service mindset; strong proofreading and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,063.00 - $70,200.00 per year

Application Question(s):

  • Applicant is able to start work by 8am and work until 4:30 or 5pm Mon - Fri. There are plenty of days we end by 4, but the expectation is 8 - 4:30/5.
  • Although we have a nationwide clientele, we're a small printing/advertising business and would be considered more of a "shop" than a typical office. It is important that the applicant has a willingness to multitask and works well with others.
