Your curiosity drives you to stay current with emerging technologies like AI, and you have a clear desire to grow your expertise through advanced certifications like CompTIA or CISSP.The Day to DayYour typical day will be dynamic, with roughly 75% of your time dedicated to providing technical support via phone, help-desk tickets, and in-person interactions. You will spend significant time triaging hardware and software requests, ensuring connectivity, and maintaining clear documentation to empower self-service among staff. At least once a week, you will travel to our local branches to provide on-site troubleshooting, technology installations, and staff training. On the security front, you will monitor and analyze alerts using industry-standard tools for endpoint protection, SIEM (security information and event management), vulnerability management, and email security.
