We are looking for a growth-minded and compassionate problem-solver to join our team in person at any of our Colorado locations as an IT Support Specialist (Cybersecurity Focus).

In this role, your primary purpose is to make your team members’ lives easier by supporting a forward-thinking technology environment. You will be the bridge between superior human support and best-in-market technology, ensuring that our internal team is empowered to provide exceptional service to our customers. Your mission is the effective and efficient resolution of technology issues for both individual end users and the organization as a whole, maintaining the balance between high-level help desk support and critical cybersecurity vigilance.

The Day to Day
Your typical day will be dynamic, with roughly 75% of your time dedicated to providing technical support via phone, help-desk tickets, and in-person interactions. You will spend significant time triaging hardware and software requests, ensuring connectivity, and maintaining clear documentation to empower self-service among staff. At least once a week, you will travel to our local branches to provide on-site troubleshooting, technology installations, and staff training. On the security front, you will monitor and analyze alerts using industry-standard tools for endpoint protection, SIEM (security information and event management), vulnerability management, and email security. Additionally, you will develop and promote cybersecurity awareness throughout the bank.
