Job Summary: Work with a group of independent financial advisors to assist with administrative and clerical tasks while providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Customer service attitude</li><li>Answering and responding to phone calls and emails</li><li>Greeting and welcoming clients</li><li>Client Meeting preparation</li><li>Ensure conference rooms are tidy and presentable.</li><li>Review incoming mail/prepare outgoing mail</li><li>Order supplies</li><li>Assist advisors with mailings and research</li><li>Additional support to administrative staff creating client files</li><li>Filing</li><li>Assist advisors with account opening and paperwork processing</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Pleasant personality</li><li>Ability to adapt and learn to industry requirements.</li><li>Self-starter</li><li>Professional appearance</li><li>Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize.</li><li>Solid communication skills</li><li>Proven working experience in an administrative/receptionist capacity.</li><li>Resourceful</li><li>Ability to analyze and problem solve.</li><li>Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.</li><li>Strong customer service skills</li><li>Detail oriented</li></ul>To Be Considered:<ul><li>Enjoy interacting with a variety of people.</li><li>2 years previous experience in the financial services industry/customer service a plus</li><li>Minimum 2 years of administrative/reception experience</li></ul>Work Location: In personPay: From $17.00 per hourWork Location: In person
