Client Services Associate

Job Summary: Work with a group of independent financial advisors to assist with administrative and clerical tasks while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer service attitude
  • Answering and responding to phone calls and emails
  • Greeting and welcoming clients
  • Client Meeting preparation
  • Ensure conference rooms are tidy and presentable.
  • Review incoming mail/prepare outgoing mail
  • Order supplies
  • Assist advisors with mailings and research
  • Additional support to administrative staff creating client files
  • Filing
  • Assist advisors with account opening and paperwork processing
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Solid communication skills
  • Proven working experience in an administrative/receptionist capacity.

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Detail oriented

To Be Considered:

  • Enjoy interacting with a variety of people.
  • 2 years previous experience in the financial services industry/customer service a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative/reception experience

Work Location: In person

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
