We help landowners buy and sell farmland, hunting land, recreational property, and rural acreage across multiple states.We're looking for a dependable Graphic Designer who enjoys creating marketing materials, staying organized, and helping maintain a strong, consistent brand across the company.What You'll Do<ul><li>Design property brochures, postcards, flyers, signs, advertisements, and other marketing materials</li><li>Create graphics for social media, email campaigns, and company marketing initiatives</li><li>Update and maintain design templates for the marketing team</li><li>Prepare files for print and digital distribution</li><li>Organize project files, folders, and marketing assets</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to manage deadlines and priorities</li><li>Assist with a variety of design and marketing projects as the company continues to grow</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Projects are completed accurately and on time</li><li>Marketing materials remain consistent with company branding</li><li>Files and projects stay organized and easy to locate</li><li>Print and digital materials are professional and polished</li><li>Team members can rely on you to follow through on commitments</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Dependable and reliable</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Able to take feedback and make revisions when needed</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Graphic Design degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)</li><li>Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual design principles</li><li>Portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity</li><li>Basic understanding of print production and file preparation</li><li>Experience with AI tools, project management software, or marketing is a plus, but not required</li></ul>This Position May Not Be a Good Fit If You<ul><li>Frequently miss deadlines</li><li>Need constant direction to stay productive</li><li>Struggle with organization and attention to detail</li><li>Dislike feedback or revision requests</li><li>Prefer working independently without collaboration</li><li>Are uncomfortable working within established brand standards</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Monday-Friday Schedule (9:00 AM-5:00 PM)</li><li>Private Office</li><li>Paid Holidays</li><li>10 Days of PTO (available after introductory period)</li><li>3 Paid Personal Days</li><li>401(k) Company Contribution After One Year</li><li>Professional Development Opportunities</li></ul>If you're dependable, organized, creative, and excited to grow your skills while making an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
