About Us

High Point Land Company is one of the Midwest's leading land real estate and auction companies. We help landowners buy and sell farmland, hunting land, recreational property, and rural acreage across multiple states.

We're looking for a dependable Graphic Designer who enjoys creating marketing materials, staying organized, and helping maintain a strong, consistent brand across the company.

What You'll Do

• Design property brochures, postcards, flyers, signs, advertisements, and other marketing materials
• Create graphics for social media, email campaigns, and company marketing initiatives
• Update and maintain design templates for the marketing team
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution
• Organize project files, folders, and marketing assets
• Work closely with the marketing team to manage deadlines and priorities
• Assist with a variety of design and marketing projects as the company continues to grow

• Marketing materials remain consistent with company branding
• Files and projects stay organized and easy to locate
• Print and digital materials are professional and polished

Preferred Qualifications

• Graphic Design degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual design principles
• Portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity
• Basic understanding of print production and file preparation
• Experience with AI tools, project management software, or marketing is a plus, but not required

Pay: $18.66 - $24.49 per hour
