About the Role</b></h2><p>
High Point Residence Carlinville is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. In this role, you will provide direct, hands-on care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. You will collaborate closely with our nursing team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Minimum Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members</li><li>
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively</li><li>
Basic computer skills</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or memory care</li><li>
Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming</li><li>
Monitor and accurately record vital signs</li><li>
Assist with medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse</li><li>
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents</li><li>
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment</li><li>
Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
