About the Role

High Point Residence Carlinville is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. In this role, you will provide direct, hands-on care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. You will collaborate closely with our nursing team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Minimum Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or memory care
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and accurately record vital signs
• Assist with medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team
