Role Overview
 A leading global organisation with large-scale, mission-critical operations is seeking a Vice President of Facilities Management to lead and transform its facilities strategy across a complex, multi-site portfolio in the UAE. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring world-class standards across infrastructure, assets, safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Provide strategic leadership for facilities management across offices, operational sites, and specialised assets.</li>
<li>Own end-to-end responsibility for hard and soft FM, including MEP, utilities, security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and asset lifecycle planning.</li>
<li>Lead capital expenditure planning, major refurbishments, and new site readiness in partnership with engineering and operations teams.</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with local regulations, HSE standards, and international best practices.</li>
<li>Drive vendor strategy and performance, including large outsourced service providers and long-term contracts.</li>
<li>Champion sustainability, energy efficiency, and ESG initiatives across the facilities portfolio.</li>
<li>Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Emirati and multicultural team.</li>
<li>Act as a key senior stakeholder interfacing with executive leadership, regulators, and external partners.</li>
</ul>
Candidate Profile
 <ul>
<li>Emirati National (mandatory).</li>
<li>15+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, infrastructure, or asset management, ideally within large, complex organisations (e.g. industrial, logistics, transport, ports, airports, utilities, or large corporate environments).</li>
<li>Proven experience operating at senior leadership / VP / executive level.</li>
<li>Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large budgets, CAPEX, and strategic suppliers.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of HSE, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks in the UAE.</li>
<li>Confident, credible leader with the ability to influence at board and C-suite level.</li>

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing digital asset trading and investment platform seeking a hands-on Treasury Operations Analyst to manage day-to-day liquidity, collateral, and settlement operations across exchanges, custodians, and wallets.
 
Role Overview: 
This role is critical to ensuring smooth trading operations through accurate, timely, and secure treasury workflows. The position offers high ownership, strong visibility, and close interaction with trading, risk, and operations teams.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Monitor real-time liquidity and execute collateral movements.</li>
<li>Reconcile balances across exchanges, custodians, and wallets.</li>
<li>Execute and track deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers.</li>
<li>Maintain treasury reporting and audit-ready records.</li>
<li>Support automation and tooling enhancements.</li>
<li>Act as operational contact for exchanges and custodians.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>3–7 years in treasury, operations, or settlements.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of digital-asset infrastructure.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and control discipline.</li>
<li>Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-venue environments.</li>
<li>Technical or automation experience is a plus.</li>
</ul>
