<br><div><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Clinical Coordinator</b></h5>
<div><p><b>Job Summary: </b>The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Patrol Director in all clinical aspects of the Highland Mountain Rescue. This individual should be hard working, self motivated, and have a passion for providing and training for exceptional patient care. Clinical proficiency is paramount, and this individual should be licensed at the level of the service or higher.</p>
<p><b>
Duties/Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring strict compliance with all federal,state, local and company regulations and guidelines pertaining to the clinical aspects of the unit</li>
<li>Assisting the Patrol Director with the facilitation of the Quality Assurance/Quality improvement system and maintaining all necessary records of the process</li>
<li>Assists in the using information gained from the QA/QI process to establish curriculums and carry out necessary trainings</li>
<li>Accurately tracks training participation to ensure all staff are consistently trained</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of all equipment necessary for patient care, and ordering required supplies while considering department budget</li>
<li>Assists with the recruitment and hiring of all patrol personnel</li>
<li>Assists in the clinical training of new providers and employees</li>
<li>Works with the Patrol Director to facilitate the clinical advancement of the unit</li>
<li>Assists Patrol Director, Patrol Manager, Patrol Supervisor, Operations Director, as well as other departments as necessary.</li>
<li>Coordinate the daily aspects of the department in the absence of the upper management within the department</li>
<li>Average of two days a week otherwise specified by Patrol Director</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Required Skills:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Current state providers license at the unit&rsquo;s current level or higher</li>
<li>Part time or full time availability April-November</li>
<li>Ability to listen, read, or follow directions.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Education and Experience:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Understanding of Google Drive applications</li>
<li>2+ years experience in related fields</li>
<li>2+ years of experience at Highland Mountain Bike Park</li></ul></div></div>
