Clinical Coordinator

Job Summary: The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Patrol Director in all clinical aspects of the Highland Mountain Rescue. This individual should be hard working, self motivated, and have a passion for providing and training for exceptional patient care. Clinical proficiency is paramount, and this individual should be licensed at the level of the service or higher.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring strict compliance with all federal,state, local and company regulations and guidelines pertaining to the clinical aspects of the unit
  • Assisting the Patrol Director with the facilitation of the Quality Assurance/Quality improvement system and maintaining all necessary records of the process
  • Assists in the using information gained from the QA/QI process to establish curriculums and carry out necessary trainings
  • Accurately tracks training participation to ensure all staff are consistently trained
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment necessary for patient care, and ordering required supplies while considering department budget
  • Assists with the recruitment and hiring of all patrol personnel
  • Assists in the clinical training of new providers and employees
  • Works with the Patrol Director to facilitate the clinical advancement of the unit
  • Assists Patrol Director, Patrol Manager, Patrol Supervisor, Operations Director, as well as other departments as necessary.
  • Coordinate the daily aspects of the department in the absence of the upper management within the department
  • Average of two days a week otherwise specified by Patrol Director

Required Skills:

  • Current state providers license at the unit’s current level or higher
  • Part time or full time availability April-November
  • Ability to listen, read, or follow directions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Understanding of Google Drive applications
  • 2+ years experience in related fields
  • 2+ years of experience at Highland Mountain Bike Park
