We&rsquo;re looking for someone who:</li><li>Enjoys connecting with people; someone who takes genuine interest in clients, remembers faces and names, and helps them feel comfortable and welcome. Communicates clearly and kindly with clients and team members.</li><li>Thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.</li><li>Helps maintain a positive and healthy clinic culture.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and check in clients and their pets.</li><li>Answer phones and respond to emails &amp; texts.</li><li>Schedule and confirm appointments.</li><li>Manage appointment flow and assist with client updates.</li><li>Maintain accurate client and patient records.</li><li>Process payments and reconcile end-of-day totals.</li><li>Assist with medication refills and product sales.</li><li>Support veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks.</li><li>Keep the reception area clean and organized.</li><li>Monitor client communication systems (calls, texts, emails, portals).</li><li>Handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.</li><li>Participate in team communication and daily operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior veterinary experience preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and multitasking skills.</li><li>Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.</li><li>Comfort with technology and scheduling software.</li><li>A genuine love for animals and their humans alike.</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working HereWe are a close-knit team that values respect, collaboration, and a shared commitment to exceptional care.
