The organization manages multiple entities, including a non-profit that fosters collaboration in the faith community.Overview:Highland is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Office &amp; Administrative Coordinator to be the central hub of our workplace. In this servant-leader role, you will ensure the smooth daily operation of our office by coordinating administrative functions, supporting company leadership, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for employees and guests. The ideal candidate is resourceful and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced professional setting. This position plays a key role in supporting our team&rsquo;s productivity and ensuring the office runs efficiently for the firm&rsquo;s success. The Office &amp; Administrative Coordinator reports to the Chief of Staff.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Act as the primary point of contact for office coordination, including welcoming guests, managing supplies, sorting mail, and maintaining daily operations.&middot; Provide high-level administrative and executive support to leadership and staff.&middot; Organize company meetings and events, including coordinating catering and logistics.&middot; Oversee the guest experience by preparing meeting spaces and managing incoming calls.&middot; Draft and manage professional correspondence.&middot; Support additional office needs in alignment with organizational priorities.&middot; Assist with light legal and financial tasks such as data entry, document filing, and compliance.&middot; Maintain legal documents, including HOAs, operating agreements, and amendments.&middot; Conduct research on historical community data to support new project development.&middot; Review and edit leases, letters of interest, and purchase agreements.&middot; Register new business entities, apply for tax IDs, and manage dissolutions as needed.&middot; Provide notary services.&middot; Manage annual file rotations in accordance with record retention policies.&middot; Reconcile credit card receipts and maintain accurate records.&middot; Make in-person bank deposits.&middot; Prepare and distribute quarterly investor updates.&middot; Assist with employee and tenant file maintenance and quality control.&middot; Monitor and maintain tenant certificates of insurance.&middot; Send required notifications to commercial tenants.&middot; Perform data entry into Propertyware and QuickBooks.&middot; File government reports and support other administrative tasks as assigned.All applicants must submit both a cover letter (with salary request) and resume.Qualifications:o Office management experience is required.o Experience with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) is required.o Active notary license is preferred.o Paralegal experience is preferred.o Bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks, Propertyware is a plus.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
