Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Construction Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving construction operation, contributing to successful project delivery and company growth.Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document management</li><li>Support project teams with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic QuickBooks entries</li><li>Handle virtual clerical tasks in a varity of systems (Quickbook, microsoft applications, and BuilderTrend.</li><li>Moderate level experience with the construction system Buildertreand.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>proficiency with Buildertrend</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Experience with virtual office management procedures including filing systems and data entry</li><li>Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents</li><li>Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy</li><li>Previous clerical or administrative experience in construction or related fields is preferred</li></ul>This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their administrative expertise within the construction industry.
