Our team takes pride in creating an approachable, inclusive golf experience while maintaining a course people are proud to call their home course.We&rsquo;re at a point where we want our digital presence to reflect the energy, character, and authenticity of the course itself, and that&rsquo;s where this you come in.Duties:Marketing &amp; Customer Communication<ul><li>Create, schedule, and send newsletters and promotional emails</li><li>Manage posts on all social media platforms</li><li>Maintain website updates as necessary</li><li>Maintain and segment the customer email list to support targeted, relevant communication</li><li>Ensure all messaging reflects a professional, friendly, and brand-aligned voice</li></ul>On-Site Integration &amp; Events<ul><li>Stay connected to daily operations and customer needs with weekly time in the pro shop</li><li>Assist with merchandising, signage updates, and posting physical promotional materials</li><li>Capture and produce marketing content</li></ul>Must Haves:<ul><li>Part-time availability (approximately 20&ndash;30 hours per week)</li><li>Ability to work one designated pro shop day per week</li><li>Weekend availability for tournaments and special events (approximately 16 per year)</li><li>Flexible schedule to support on-course content capture</li><li>Ability to work remotely for editing and posting once expectations and communication rhythms are established</li><li>Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook are critical)</li><li>Strong photography and videography skills; comfortable using DSLR-style cameras</li><li>Basic video editing and graphic design skills (Canva)</li><li>Strong writing and communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals</li><li>Comfort interacting with customers and learning golf culture</li><li>Team-oriented and collaborative</li><li>Communicates clearly, proactively, and professionally</li><li>Receptive to feedback and comfortable working within a structured workflow</li><li>Understands the purpose behind their work and strives to elevate the business</li><li>Creative, but grounded in strategy and collaboration</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience with additional social platforms beyond core channels</li><li>Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp</li><li>Familiarity with WordPress</li><li>Understanding of golf terminology, etiquette, and culture</li><li>Experience in digital advertising (Meta or Google)</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
