 Position Summary
 The Clinical Care Coordinator plays a key role in supporting high-quality resident care at Hillcrest Millard by coordinating clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as a liaison between residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. This role blends hands-on clinical oversight with care coordination, documentation, and collaboration to support positive resident outcomes.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Coordinate and oversee resident clinical care in collaboration with nursing leadership, providers, and interdisciplinary team members</li>
<li>Serve as a clinical resource to team members, supporting best practices and consistency in care delivery</li>
<li>Monitor and support care plans to ensure they are accurate, current, and aligned with resident needs</li>
<li>Assist with admissions, assessments, transitions of care, and ongoing resident evaluations</li>
<li>Support compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations and standards</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs, changes, and coordination of services</li>
<li>Collaborate with therapy, pharmacy, providers, and other partners to support resident care</li>
<li>Assist with clinical documentation, audits, and quality improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Support infection control, safety, and risk management practices</li>
<li>Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support as needed (if applicable)</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska (RN preferred, depending on community needs)</li>
<li>Minimum of 1–3 years of clinical experience in senior living, long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare setting</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of resident assessments, care planning, and clinical coordination</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively across clinical and non-clinical teams</li>
<li>Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation systems</li>
<li>Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Experience in assisted living, memory care, or cottage-style residential settings</li>
<li>Prior care coordination, case management, or leadership experience</li>
<li>Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations</li>

Clinical Care Coordinator

Temporary Administrative Assistant (3 Month Assignment)
 Location: Hillcrest Country Estates Cottages
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
 Assignment Length: Approximately 3 months
 Employment Type: Temporary, Full Time
 Pay: $16.00 per hour, based upon experience and education
 Position Summary
 Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support operations at Hillcrest Country Estates Cottages during a planned leave. This role provides administrative and clerical support to leadership and serves as an important point of contact for residents, families, and team members. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
 Key Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Provide administrative support to the Administrator, Director of Nursing, and Cottage leadership</li>
<li>Prepare and distribute agendas, assist with meetings, and record minutes as needed</li>
<li>Manage receptionist/front desk coverage as needed</li>
<li>Assist with private pay collections, census reporting, and tracking resident Medicaid reviews</li>
<li>Support residents and responsible parties with general financial and administrative questions</li>
<li>Process daily bank deposits, petty cash, ancillary charges, and general business office functions</li>
<li>Assist with accounts payable processing using electronic A/P systems</li>
<li>Support onboarding activities such as preparing orientation packets, ordering name tags/uniforms, and tracking required documentation</li>
<li>Perform general office management duties including mail processing, ordering office supplies, calendar coordination, and copier oversight</li>
<li>Complete other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>Post secondary clerical training or business related education preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of administrative or business office experience</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in stressful situations</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
</ul>
Additional Requirements
 <ul>
<li>Ability to lift up to 35 pounds</li>
<li>Ability to sit, stand, bend, and perform repetitive movements</li>
<li>Comfortable working with technology and office systems</li>
<li>Ability to speak, read, and write English</li>
</ul>
