This role is ideal for someone organized, and customer focused.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide exceptional customer service to residents, applicants, and vendors</li><li>Assist with leasing, applications, certifications, and renewals</li><li>Support rent collection and accurate record keeping</li><li>Maintain organized resident files in compliance with company and regulatory standards</li><li>Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections</li><li>Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues professionally</li><li>Support property marketing and occupancy goals</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance staff as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience required</li><li>Prior property management or leasing experience preferred</li><li>LIHTC and HUD/Section 8 experience preferred</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Highly organized with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information professionally</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
