The Property Manager supports daily property operations, resident relations, leasing activity, and administrative compliance. This role is ideal for someone organized, and customer focused.Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, applicants, and vendors
- Assist with leasing, applications, certifications, and renewals
- Support rent collection and accurate record keeping
- Maintain organized resident files in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Support property marketing and occupancy goals
- Coordinate with maintenance staff as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience required
- Prior property management or leasing experience preferred
- LIHTC and HUD/Section 8 experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
