 Hillside Medical Group is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join the growing team.
 
 
 
 
 Schedule:

 Full time

 7am - 4pm
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 MUST have 1-year experience in-working as a medical front office
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Excellent computer knowledge with office 365
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Able to prioritize and multitask
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Must have ability to work in a paced-environment while providing the highest level of patient care
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Follow HIPAA guidelines
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Job Functions:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Answer multiple phone lines with professionalism
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Check in patients
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Collecting of copays, deductibles, coinsurance etc.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Posting of payments
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Scanning of medical records into patients charts
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Collect and input patient demographics to include insurance
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Keeps a professional and organized front desk.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Schedule new and existing patients.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Must be willing to cross train to do front office
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Other duties as given by supervisor &amp; office manager
 </li>
 
 </ul>
