Front Desk

Hillside Medical Group is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join the growing team.

Schedule:

• Full time


• 7am - 4pm

Qualifications:

• MUST have 1-year experience in-working as a medical front office


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


• Excellent computer knowledge with office 365


• Able to prioritize and multitask


• Must have ability to work in a paced-environment while providing the highest level of patient care


• Follow HIPAA guidelines

Job Functions:

• Answer multiple phone lines with professionalism


• Check in patients


• Collecting of copays, deductibles, coinsurance etc.


• Posting of payments


• Scanning of medical records into patients charts


• Collect and input patient demographics to include insurance


• Keeps a professional and organized front desk.


• Schedule new and existing patients.


• Must be willing to cross train to do front office


• Other duties as given by supervisor & office manager
