Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-caliber Associate to support our Financial Management &amp; Corporate Finance mandates, including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and ongoing CFO support.This role is execution-heavy and involves working closely with clients to build and manage their finance function.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and manage financial models (budgets, forecasts, cash flow models)</li><li>Prepare monthly management accounts and investor reports</li><li>Support clients with financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking</li><li>Develop dashboard reporting and KPI tracking frameworks</li><li>Assist in cash flow management and working capital optimization</li><li>Support implementation of financial controls and reporting processes</li><li>Work directly with clients on day-to-day finance requirements</li><li>Assist in strategic finance initiatives (cost optimization, growth planning, scenario analysis)</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in:</li><li>Transaction advisory / corporate finance</li><li>Big 4 (Deals / Advisory / Audit with strong modeling exposure)</li><li>Private equity / portfolio finance / FP&amp;A</li><li>Strong GCC exposure (UAE / KSA preferred)</li><li>Advanced skills in:</li><li>Financial modeling (Excel) &mdash; must be able to build full operating models independently</li><li>Financial reporting &amp; analysis</li><li>PowerPoint (investor / board-level materials)</li><li>Strong understanding of:</li><li>Financial statements (3-statement fluency)</li><li>Budgeting &amp; forecasting processes</li><li>Cash flow and working capital dynamics</li><li>Fluent in BOTH English and Arabic (mandatory)</li></ul>&rarr; Must be able to communicate and prepare materials in both languagesWhat We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Execution-focused operator &mdash; can build, not just review</li><li>Comfortable in a lean, high-responsibility environment</li><li>Able to manage multiple clients and deliver consistently</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset</li><li>Comfortable interacting directly with founders / senior stakeholders</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your monthly salary expectations for the role?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
