Financial Management & Corporate Finance Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-caliber Associate to support our Financial Management & Corporate Finance mandates, including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and ongoing CFO support.

This role is execution-heavy and involves working closely with clients to build and manage their finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage financial models (budgets, forecasts, cash flow models)
• Prepare monthly management accounts and investor reports
• Support clients with financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
• Develop dashboard reporting and KPI tracking frameworks
• Assist in cash flow management and working capital optimization
• Support implementation of financial controls and reporting processes
• Work directly with clients on day-to-day finance requirements
• Assist in strategic finance initiatives (cost optimization, growth planning, scenario analysis)

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in:
• Transaction advisory / corporate finance
• Big 4 (Deals / Advisory / Audit with strong modeling exposure)
• Private equity / portfolio finance / FP&A
• Strong GCC exposure (UAE / KSA preferred)
• Advanced skills in:
• Financial modeling (Excel) — must be able to build full operating models independently
• Financial reporting & analysis
• PowerPoint (investor / board-level materials)
• Strong understanding of:
• Financial statements (3-statement fluency)
• Budgeting & forecasting processes
• Cash flow and working capital dynamics
• Fluent in BOTH English and Arabic (mandatory)

→ Must be able to communicate and prepare materials in both languages
